The New Life Music Department is anointed and led by the Spirit of God. The Praise & Worship Team leads the congregation in worship, bringing the Spirit of God into every service. There are many talented vocalists and musicians singing new songs, familiar songs, and hymns. While the New Life Music Department strives for excellence, we always remember... "Our number one concern, is WORSHIP!"

We invite you to come and experience a powerful and anointed move of the Holy Ghost.

The New Life Music Department strives for excellence in all that we do. From practices, to performances; with prayer and fasting, and most importantly in our worship. As Bro. Michael reminds us in every practice, "Our number one concern is WORSHIP!" Whether we hit the right notes or not, we should always be worshiping. Worship is how we show God that we honor Him. But worship is more than just honoring our God. Worship is a one-on-one relationship with God. Worship is something that we do, whether we feel like worshiping or not. By being 'concerned with our worship', we draw closer to God. This also takes away the "performance" of a service and invites the congregation to join in the worship. The purpose of the New Life Music Department is to bring worship into every service, every song, and every person in the congregation, while striving for excellence in all that we do!

Michael graduated with High Honors from Indiana Bible College where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Church Music and minor in Theology. Michael has sang on numerous IBC recordings, and toured with the IBC Chorale. He also toured with Royal Tailor, as the manager of the band. Michael received the Holy Ghost on June 5, 1991 and was baptized in the name of Jesus on June 6, 1991. He has been a member of New Life Tabernacle since his family moved to Kendallville in September 1991. While attending NLT he has worked with the youth, bus ministry, drama and music departments. Brother Michael began serving as the Music Minister under Pastor James M. Archambeault in 2008.
